For Parents
Our goal at LABBB Collaborative is to support your student(s) both in and out of the classroom. That includes providing resources and information for parents as they navigate the challenges of raising special needs kids.
On this page, you’ll discover resources for school and home life.
Parent Meetings
Educational research shows that students with active family involvement do better at school. At LABBB, parents are important! Your involvement in our parent meetings is a great way to share your input and expertise. At these meetings we discuss a variety of topics related to extracurricular programming, transition planning, and other educational topics. We invite you to contact your program director or coordinator with any topics you would like us to explore.
We invite you to join us. We meet monthly during LABBB dances from 6:45 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lexington Community Center. You can drop your child off at the dance, and attend the meeting while you wait for pick-up. Dances end at 8:00 p.m.
