| LABBB Collaborative School Cancellation Policy |
| All LABBB Elementary and Middle School Programs will close if their respective district cancels school. For students going to one of our High School programs please see below for cancellation policy. Due to LABBB work-sites and shuttles, if Lexington Public Schools are closed, then Bedford and Belmont High Schools will also be closed. |

| Transportation |
| If a district cancels school, transportation will not be provided for that district. We assume that the district cancelled school because conditions are not safe for transportation in that town. If a parent wishes to drive their son or daughter to school they may do so and they must arrange transportation for pick up. |
| Delayed Start Times |
|
Many of LABBB’s Programs have a different start time than our host buildings. When a district has delayed the opening of school we will use the individual LABBB Program start time, not the building start time. For instance, LABBB Belmont High begins school at 8:30 AM; therefore, if there is a 1 hour delay in the district,
school will start at 9:30 AM, if a 2 hour delay then school will start at 10:30 AM.
All other programs that are on the same time schedule as the host building will follow the district delayed start times. |
